You may request a return if:

The product has a manufacturing defect

Products without original packaging

Change of mind after delivery (unless approved)

Provide your order number and product image.

After verification, we will guide you through the return process.

💳 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 3-7 working days.

Refund will be sent via Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer.

Delivery charge is non-refundable (unless wrong item was sent by us).

🚚 Exchange Option
